Gemma has over three years’ experience working part-time as a Sales and Lettings Administrator at Home Property Sales. Her role includes handling telephone enquiries, booking and managing viewings, gathering and relaying feedback, liaising with vendors, producing reports, and arranging lettings inspections.
She is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, building trust and satisfaction through honest, clear communication and a friendly, down-to-earth approach.
Outside of work, Gemma lives in Leicestershire with her partner, Neil, and their two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, and supporting her boys at football matches.
