  • Three monthly inspections and feedback regarding your property
  • Full maintenance service to register new maintenance issues from Tenants and full management of contractors and maintenance tasks

  • Providing monthly rental statements to Landlords with an online rental portal via PayProp
  • Management of any Rent Arrears
  • 12-monthly Rent Reviews
  • Renewal of Safety Certificates
  • Serving Notice to Tenants where required
  • An optional Extra for Rent Protection Insurance for £25 per month via Goodlord - see further details below

How much does it cost to Rent my Home?

We offer a variety of rental packages to suit you and your needs which range from Fully Managed at 9%+VAT; Tenant Find and Rent Collection (Fixed Fee of £500+VAT) or Tenant Find Only for £500+VAT. The table below provides further information about costings and what is included in each package.
