With 12 years in property, John seamlessly connects clients with their ideal homes, drawing from a rich background with two prominent estate agents in Leicestershire. His enthusiasm and humour infuse every interaction, making customer service a joy. Beyond estate agency, John’s past as a professional footballer for Leicester City adds a dynamic layer to his diverse interests. Married to Kate, he cherishes family life with two children, Jack and Freddie.
Penny has a wealth of experience in Estate agency. Starting off as a negotiator in 2000 in a corporate estate agents in Rugby. She then enjoyed working in 4 high-end independent estate agents as office manager and valuer in mainly rural areas in South Leicestershire. Before joining the team, she was self-employed for 5 years working for a hybrid estate agent, so has experienced all aspects of estate agency. She is delighted to use the knowledge she has accumulated as she joins us to assist in progressing our sales.
Penny is renowned for her honest and direct approach, and has a wicked sense of humour which she says gets her in and out of trouble.
Out of work she enjoys her rural home life with her husband, Gary and their little dog Millie, and loves walking her around the countryside. She plays table skittles and both her and Gary are in a choir, although she admits, she hasn't got a great voice! She loves the theatre and any live music and enjoys seeing their family and friends.
